Manufacturer · Hosur, Tamil Nadu
Wilgro Infra and Allied Products runs a dual-wash sand plant at Kursthanapalli, Hosur — producing IS 383 grade washed M-Sand and P-Sand, and supplying blue metal aggregates to builders across Hosur, Krishnagiri and the Bengaluru belt.
Every aggregate we supply is defined by its particle-size band — the same way your structural consultant specifies it. Hover or tap a product to see where it sits on the gradation scale, check the governing standard, and order against the exact specification your site demands.
SIEVE ANALYSIS REPORTS AVAILABLE WITH EVERY DESPATCH ON REQUEST · BULK & SCHEDULED SUPPLY FOR RMC PLANTS AND CONTRACTORS
Our washing line runs a dual-wash process on a single chassis — feeding, grading, dewatering, water recovery and sludge handling in one automated PLC-controlled loop.
Unwashed crusher dust carries silt and ultra-fines that weaken concrete and blister plaster. Washing strips those out, so your mix needs less cement and less rework. That's the whole pitch — cleaner sand, stronger sites.
Sand is produced to IS 383 gradation limits. Sieve analysis reports are available with despatch on request — ask when you place an order.
Our plant sits just 8 km from Sarjapur, between Hosur and Attibele on the Bangalore corridor — so loads reach most South and East Bangalore sites quickly. We supply M-Sand, P-Sand and aggregates to builders, contractors and ready-mix plants across the region.
Wilgro Infra supplies washed M-Sand, P-Sand and blue metal aggregates to:
Whether you need M-Sand for concrete in Sarjapur, P-Sand for plastering in Attibele, or 20mm blue metal for a slab in Electronic City, we deliver graded, IS 383 quality material direct from the plant — by the tonne or by the load.

M-Sand (75 micron to 4.75 mm, graded to IS 383) is used for concrete, RCC and ready-mix. P-Sand is finer (75 micron to 2.36 mm) and is used for plastering and block masonry, where it gives a smoother finish with fewer cracks. Most projects need both — M-Sand for the structure and P-Sand for finishing.
Yes. Our sand is processed through a dual-wash plant that removes silt and excess fines, and it is graded to IS 383 limits. A sieve-analysis report can be provided with despatch on request.
